Notebook is FERPA/COPPA compliant
Yes. PocketLab Notebook and the PocketLab Materials comply with (and facilitate compliance with) applicable law, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We rely on consent by the Educator PocketLab User (as defined below) as the basis for collecting this information via the participation portion of the PocketLab Materials or through the activation of the Student Account feature.
