My PocketLab isn't able to charge/turn on

What to do if your PocketLab isn't charging

If your PocketLab is unable to power on, try the following steps.

1. Verify that both the charging cord and outlet are working with a different device.
2. Plug in the PocketLab.
3. See if any lights flash to indicate charging as the PocketLab is plugged in. If the battery is completely drained, you may not see any lights at first.
   
   1. If you do see lights, hold down the power button until the light goes solid red and the device powers down.
4. Let it charge for at least two hours. 
5. Unplug the PocketLab and press the power button. See if any lights flash, and attempt to connect to the sensor.
