What to do if your PocketLab isn't charging
If your PocketLab is unable to power on, try the following steps.
- Verify that both the charging cord and outlet are working with a different device.
- Plug in the PocketLab.
- See if any lights flash to indicate charging as the PocketLab is plugged in. If the battery is completely drained, you may not see any lights at first.
- If you do see lights, hold down the power button until the light goes solid red and the device powers down.
- Let it charge for at least two hours.
- Unplug the PocketLab and press the power button. See if any lights flash, and attempt to connect to the sensor.
