      Why isn't my PocketLab charging?

      Tips for charging your PocketLab properly

      • Make sure your PocketLab is turned off  (long hold-5 seconds) when connecting to charger.
      • When your sensor is used and charged regularly, it will take approximately a few hours to fully charge. 
      • If your PocketLab's battery has been completely drained, it will need to charge overnight. 
      • If the PocketLab doesn't seem to be charging, try using a different known good outlet, good charging cable and good USB cord.


      For long periods of inactivity, it is suggested to charge the PocketLab at least twice a year. Always make sure the sensor is turned off before storing.
